Flyover Whiskey is a farm-to-flask craft distillery located on a working farm outside West Point, Nebraska. The project was launched in 2020 by Joe Knobbe, a University of Nebraska-Lincoln graduate who returned to his family's farm in Cuming County to build a distillery that honors Midwest corn farmers and the agricultural identity of the Great Plains.

The distillery's core concept is custom small-batch whiskey produced directly from the harvests of Midwestern corn producers. Farmers can ship their own corn to Flyover, and Knobbe distills it into personalized batches of six 750 mL bottles in custom-labeled packaging. For those without a farm connection, Flyover matches customers with partner farms, ensuring every bottle maintains its farm-origin story. The per-order cost reflects this unique farm-direct model.
