Sideshow Spirits is Lincoln, Nebraska's first legal distillery, founded in 2020 and affiliated with Kinkaider Brewing Company, a farm craft brewery with roots in Broken Bow, Nebraska. Located at 1630 P Street in Lincoln, the distillery operates from an 11,000 square-foot facility that includes The Showroom—a tasting room, event space, and retail area that showcases the distillery's production and brand.

The distillery focuses on small-batch, single-barrel bourbon produced from 100% Nebraska corn, aged in new charred American oak barrels. Each release is bottled at cask strength without dilution or filtration, making barrel-to-barrel variation a feature rather than a flaw. The Nebraska Bourbon Whiskey is the flagship product—aged at least one year in single barrels and bottled at cask strength, reflecting the true character of Nebraska corn.

Sideshow takes its name and identity from the carnival tradition, with each bottling treated as a distinct performance. The Showroom space doubles as an event venue and hosts regular bottle releases and tasting events. The distillery's ties to Kinkaider Brewing provide it with fermentation expertise that informs the whiskey-making process from grain selection through mashing and fermentation.
